I’m having trouble keeping Dawarich running stably in the background on Samsung One UI 8.5. Even after setting battery usage to ‘Unrestricted’ and enabling background protection settings, it still fails to run properly. Could you please look into this?
How would you define exactly “fails to run properly”?
The Dawarich app keeps getting killed by the system, causing tracking to stop. There seems to have been a change in the background service policy on Samsung’s One UI 8.5; the Dawarich background service is present right after the app starts, but it’s gone by the time I open the app again. Some other services manage to stay active, though.
We’ll look into it but if your system kills an app, it’s up to your system most of the times
