Difficulty logging in - getting 500 error

Hi folks - I’m considering moving from a self-hosted setup to Dawarich Cloud. I’ve signed up, but I’m getting 500 errors whenever I try to log in to the Cloud version.

I’ve exported from my self-hosted (0.32.0) and tried to import into the Cloud version (also 0.32.0), and I get a “failed to start import” error. The data.json file inside the zip seeeeeemssss fine, but I don’t know enough about what the importer would expect in the file to know if it’s choking on it. The zip is 13.5mb, and the json is nearly 150mb - also not sure if that’s “too big”.

File size should be okay, are you trying to upload the zip file or the json unpacked from it? User data archive should be uploaded as zip file, can you try it?

Yes, I’ve been trying to upload the zip file. I did open it up here, partially out of curiosity, but also to give the json a once-over in case there was something obviously wrong with it. But always uploading the zip.
