Dawarich Android app 2.2.83 is released!
This update is rather small as I was focused on preparing the new iOS version (also coming today). Now that both iOS and Android versions are synchronized (they are now the same React Native application with a few native parts like location tracking), the future updates should come more often.
The biggest change is that you can now see the whole tracked history existing on your Dawarich server. It will be loaded from the server automatically when you change the dates in the app. If the history was already loaded during the past hour, it will not be reloaded automatically, but there is a reload button just in case 
There is also one important fix you were asking for: after restarting the phone tracking should be also restarted automatically. Please try it out and let me know what you think. More improvements coming soon!
