# Modify point on map

hello, someone knows if it is possible to modify a rout manually on the map dragging points?

Sometimes my gps app fails to put points on the map creating spikes.

In the example photo, i would link to move four point, to put them right on the street to have a route more accurate, because i was on the bus and the bus doesn’t drive in the middle of the square out of the street… 🙂

You can edit the points by looking on the map and dragging the point where you want them to be. You have to do this for every single point seperately and in the newer version (I think from V. 1.15 on) you have a little delay and a little window popping up where it says which last five points you have changed.

Thanks StePo, but when i click on a point i see only a gps coordinates resume like this

and i can’t change anything.

how can i activate dragging function? is there any key combination?

I’m in dawarich 1.15.2 in lxc configuration in proxmox and my map is v2.

Oh sorry, I forgot, that you have to switch on the editing of points.

You find it in the layers, then edit points

Is there any way to “recalculate” trips after then i edit the incorrect points to correct position?
