Hey dear Android app users,

we’ve just released the new version 2.4.103 🚀

There are many bug fixes there (dark mode of the map, Upload now button actually uploading the points immediately and others) and also those new features:

- Sign-in to Dawarich Cloud with Google or E-Mail
- Subscribe to Dawarich Cloud directly in the app
- New beautiful icon

Unfortunately we needed to change the package name for the app to match the server domain name. So essentially this is the new app listing. In order to update the app please download the new version from here: [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.dawarich.Dawarich](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.dawarich.Dawarich "https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.dawarich.Dawarich")

I hope that you’ll enjoy the updated app. Your feedback is welcome!

Hello, i have one question:

I changed from the old app to the new one. In the old app, the trackpoints were uploaded (to my self hosted instance) automatically. In the new app this does not work. I have the same settings as in the old app:

- upload points automatically is on
- upload when tracking stops is on
- batch size: 5

I always have to upload the points manually.

Do others have the same problem?

Definitely seeing this as well - all default config, connected to selfhosted backend. Manual upload works fine, but auto upload just doesn’t happen.

Cool. Question, are there plans to open source the mobile apps? Currently I am not able to find the source.. Maybe I have missed it.
